At the meeting held on September 18, 2025, the Board of Directors of POE “Termokos” JSC appointed Mr. Kastriot Bllaca as acting Chief Executive Officer of the enterprise.
Mr. Bllaca has extensive and valuable experience at POE “Termokos”, having made continuous contributions over the years across various sectors of the enterprise.
His many years of experience and deep understanding of the challenges and potentials of the enterprise constitute a strong foundation for leading capital development projects, aimed at increasing efficiency, expanding services and improving the quality of heat supply for the citizens of Prishtina.
With over five decades of operation, POE “Termokos” has undergone significant development, especially following the implementation of the Cogeneration Project, which served as a starting point for further strategic investments. Among the most important projects are: the Project for the Expansion and Rehabilitation of the Heating Network, the “Prishtina HeatSave” project, as well as those in the process of implementation such as “Solar 4Kosovo” and the Project Doubling Capacities.
