POE “Termokos” j.s.c announces to all consumers, in particular those who have received metering devices for usage-based billing, that it will commence with the distribution of the first invoices calculated on heating consumption.
Starting this weekend, over 7,000 consumers will receive invoices reflecting their heating expenses for this month for each residential or business entity.
Using the installed software and field inspections, unauthorized interventions have been identified in some consumer’s installed equipment, such as radiator replacements and attempts to block valves, which have complicated the billing process. These interventions have been pinpointed and our teams will address them in the coming days to prevent further irregularities in the maintenance of these devices and ensure an accurate and consistent billing process.
Despite any difficulties that may accompany it at the beginning, the process of consumption-based billing will be an inevitable process that will eventually apply to every household receiving heat from POE “Termokos”.
Each invoice will include additional explanations, tips, and instructions for saving heating energy.
From now on, the invoices for all consumers equipped with metering devices will be based on their heating consumption. Therefore, save on heating to reduce your bills!
