Interested Applicants are invited to submit their applications for the supply and installation of the above-mentioned project. The prequalification comprises the procurement of a solar district heating plant consisting of a seasonal water pit thermal energy storage (PTES), a solar thermal collector field (SCF) and a heating plant comprising an CHP heat driven absorption heat pump (AHP).
The concept idea foresees that the solar thermal collector field is feeding thermal heat energy into the PTES during the non-heating period of the districting heating network. With the beginning of the heating season in autumn the solar heat is then fed directly into the network if temperature in the PTES is higher than the return temperature in the district heating network (DH-network). When the temperature in the storage falls below the return temperature in the DH-network, the PTES is discharged via the AHP which then operates continuously for the remaining heating season. A detailed description of works can be found in Section VII Scope of Works in the Prequalification Document.
The project will be carried out in accordance with the Conditions of Contract for Plant & Design Build (FIDIC Yellow Book). The estimated time for completion is 30 months plus a 6-month commissioning phase.

Kurzbeschreibung:
Interessierte Bewerber werden gebeten, ihre Bewerbungen für die Lieferung und Installation des oben genannten Projekts einzureichen. Die Präqualifikation umfasst die Beschaffung einer solaren Fernwärmeanlage, die aus einem saisonalen Erdbecken-Wärmespeicher (PTES), einem solarthermischen Kollektorfeld (SCF) und einer Heizanlage mit einer wärmegetriebenen Absorptionswärmepumpe (AHP) besteht.
Das Konzept sieht vor, dass das Solarthermie-Kollektorfeld während der Nicht-Heizperiode des Fernwärmenetzes Solarwärme in den PTES einspeist. Mit Beginn der Heizperiode im Herbst wird die Solarwärme dann direkt in das Netz eingespeist, wenn die Temperatur im PTES höher ist als die Rücklauftemperatur im Fernwärmenetz (DH-Netz). Wenn die Temperatur im Speicher unter die Rücklauftemperatur im Fernwärmenetz fällt, wird der PTES über den AHP entladen, der dann während der restlichen Heizperiode kontinuierlich arbeitet. Das Projekt wird gemäß den Vertragsbedingungen für Anlagen- und Design-Build (FIDIC Yellow Book) durchgeführt. Die geschätzte Fertigstellungszeit beträgt 30 Monate plus eine sechsmonatige Inbetriebnahmephase.
