After More Than Three Decades of Contribution, Mr. Naim Bytyçi Retired

After more than 35 years of tireless contribution, dedication, and countless successes, one of our enterprise’s most prominent engineers, Mr. Naim Bytyçi, has retired today.

At a ceremony marking the occasion, the Board of Directors, enterprise management, and all colleagues of POE “Termokos” JSC congratulated Mr. Bytyçi on the successful conclusion of his long career in service to the enterprise and the citizens of Prishtina.

The Chief Executive Officer of POE “Termokos” JSC, Mr. Fisnik Osmani, expressed deep appreciation for Mr. Bytyçi’s exceptional contributions, acknowledging his unwavering commitment over more than three and a half decades. He emphasized that, particularly in recent years, Mr. Bytyçi has been his trusted right hand in numerous important processes and that his absence will be felt in every aspect.

For his part, Mr. Naim Bytyçi expressed his gratitude for the long-standing collaboration with colleagues and for their support throughout his years of professional engagement.

On this occasion, on behalf of the enterprise, Board of Directors member Ms. Vesa Kelmendi presented Mr. Bytyçi with a wristwatch in gratitude for his contributions.

Mr. Naim Bytyçi began working at the enterprise in 1990, initially as an electrical engineer before advancing to head of the Electrical Division. Since 2019, he has served as the director of the Distribution Department, successfully leading and coordinating numerous capital projects implemented by the enterprise.

Throughout his long career, Mr. Bytyçi has been distinguished for his punctuality, dedication, professionalism, prudence, wisdom, and extraordinary creativity.
