As we enter the most important preparatory phase for the 2025/2026 heating season, we feel obliged, on behalf of the entire Termokos team, to reach out to you with deep gratitude and respect for the cooperation and trust you have given us over the years.
During the period 2021–2025, we undertook an important journey to significantly improve the central heating system in our capital. Today, we proudly share with you some of our most important achievements:
We added over 10,000 new connections, with over 65,000 additional consumers, including 11 new neighborhoods that now enjoy sustainable and modern heating.
We have increased delivered energy by over 30%, significantly increasing efficiency and reducing network losses.
We invested in the modernization of thermal infrastructure, ensuring a sufficient, stable, and uninterrupted supply.
We increased the total area covered by central heating, both in residential and commercial areas.
We strengthened our financial performance, without increasing the burden on citizens.
All these achievements reflect our commitment to public service, citizens and the environment. At the core of every investment and decision we make, lies a single goal: to serve you better, with cleaner, safer and more efficient heating.
We recognize that challenges are still present, but the path ahead is clear: a warmer and greener Prishtina.
